Orders are delivered only to legally permitted and serviceable locations. Our team will confirm availability before dispatch.

Order verification

Submitting an order does not guarantee dispatch to every PIN code. Our team will check product availability, destination serviceability and payment receipt before accepting the order for dispatch.

Payment before dispatch

Orders placed using QR code or bank transfer remain on hold until the payment is received and verified. Please use the order number as your payment reference.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery time and any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed according to the destination and available authorised transport arrangement. Avoid placing time-sensitive orders without first contacting our team.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

Please contact us promptly with the order number, package photographs and an unpacking video so the issue can be reviewed.
