Age and lawful use

Customers must be legally eligible to purchase and use the products. Products must be used only for lawful purposes and strictly according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Order acceptance

An order acknowledgement is not final dispatch confirmation. Every order is subject to stock availability, destination serviceability, applicable rules and successful payment verification. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Offline payment

Payment is made outside this website using the displayed QR code or bank account details. The customer is responsible for transferring the correct amount and using the order number as reference. We will never ask for an OTP, PIN or banking password.

Pricing and availability

Website prices and availability are subject to correction if a catalogue, stock or data-entry error is discovered before dispatch. If this affects an order, the customer will be contacted before fulfilment.

Safety

Store products in a dry, secure place away from children and ignition sources. Use only outdoors where permitted, maintain safe distance, keep water nearby and follow all product warnings and local instructions.
